We flew up to Seattle the day before the ship was to depart. That evening we had dinner in the revolving restaurant atop the Space Needle. The Space Needle was built for the 1962 World's Fair, making this the oldest revolving restaurant in the world. Luckily, they've updated the menu since then.
The food was good, but expensive. You definitely pay for the view.
